Through our work we come across many instances where our clients are either sellers or buyers of sound businesses. We are in the unique position to be aware of these potential transactions. In this way and working with legal and corporate finance teams, we are able to facilitate transactions which result in the change of ownership of these businesses.

Event Promotion
After many years of our involvement in the entertainment industry, we have had the opportunity to promote a number of South African artists and stage productions locally and abroad. This includes the recent Johnny Clegg tour to Australia and New Zealand in May/June 2009.
Social Responsibility
Shwe-Shwe Poppis Initiative
The Shwe Shwe Poppis Co-operative Project is a community-based doll production project in Soweto which provides beneficiaries with skills and a sustainable income. The dolls are adapted from drawings made by children at the Zola crèche. Dolls are sold locally through accredited dealers and internationally throughout the EU and the US.
We have assisted the Project as a trustee in an honorary capacity.
